About me
Jillian Webb is a Registered Music Therapist with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA). Jillian has over 18 years of clinical music therapy experience with children and adults with disabilities within both special education and private practice settings. She has a private practice which has wide a range of different client populations and needs, including providing supervision. She also provides programs within schools as part of the Victorian Schools Mental Health Program. Jillian is a registered NDIS provider of music therapy, and provides music therapy in participant’s homes.

Music therapy is currently included in services for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Jillian can provide music therapy within your home, SIL, childcare center, school or residential facility (with permission from the individual facility). From November 2025, Music therapy will be included in services for the My Aged Care Program. Jillian can provide music therapy within your home or residential facility.

Schools Mental Health Fund
Music therapy is currently included in services for the Victorian Mental Health in Schools Menu in all three tiers. Jillian can provide music therapy within your primary or secondary school, for group or individual sessions.

Supervision
Jillian provides supervision face to face or via telihealth. Jillian has been a practicing Registered Music Therapist for over 18 years. Her wealth of experience, knowledge and empathy has supported and encouraged Masters of Music therapy students from Melbourne University, and Registered Music Therapists for over ten years.
“Clinical supervision is a formal professional relationship between two or more people in designated roles, which facilitates reflective practice, explores ethical issues, and develops skills.” (ACSA, 2015, p. 1)
Clinical supervision aims to improve the quality and safety of services delivered to clients by developing clinician knowledge and skills through reflective practice to better meet the needs of the client. The specific objectives of clinical supervision can help to ensure:

- identification of opportunities for staff development and support
- accountability processes are established to support and refine practices to enable high quality care is provided to the client
